PetFamFolio – Helping Every Pet Parent Stay Connected

Last Updated: October 10, 2026

Our Commitment to Accessibility

At PetFamFolio, we believe every pet parent deserves the opportunity to organize, maintain, and access important information about their beloved pets.

We recognize that customers have different abilities and may experience challenges with vision, hearing, mobility, or using digital technology. Our goal is to make PetFamFolio as welcoming, understandable, and convenient as possible.

Assistance for Customers with Vision Challenges

Customers who have difficulty reading website text may benefit from assistive technology, including screen readers, text-to-speech software, browser reading tools, and screen magnification features.

Examples include:

  • Apple VoiceOver: A built-in screen reader available on iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers.

  • Android TalkBack: A built-in screen reader for compatible Android smartphones and tablets.

  • Microsoft Narrator: A screen reader included with Windows computers.

  • NVDA: A free screen reader available for Windows computers.

  • Browser Zoom and Magnification: Features that allow customers to enlarge website text and images.

These tools may help customers navigate and read website content, depending on their device settings and the compatibility of individual website features.

Assistance for Customers with Hearing Challenges

PetFamFolio's primary website features are designed around written information, images, and pet profile records. The website does not currently provide audio-based features that customers must hear to create or maintain their pet profiles.

Customers who are deaf or hard of hearing can use the website's written instructions and visual information.

For instructional videos, customers may use captions when available through the video provider or their device.

Assistance with Creating and Maintaining Pet Profiles

We understand that some pet parents may need additional assistance gathering information, taking pet measurements, uploading photographs, or entering information into their subscription profiles.

Customers are welcome to ask a trusted family member, friend, or caregiver for assistance with activities such as:

  • Gathering pet identification and veterinary information.

  • Measuring their pet's weight, height, neck, chest, and other measurements.

  • Entering pet details and uploading photographs.

  • Recording vaccinations, medications, and emergency contact information.

  • Updating and maintaining their pet's subscription profile.

  •

For privacy and security, customers should carefully consider what personal information they share and remain involved in managing their accounts whenever possible.

Mobile Phone Access and Training Videos

PetFamFolio is accessible through compatible smartphone web browsers, including those on Apple iPhone and Android devices.

Our instructional videos help customers and their trusted family members or friends learn how to add the PetFamFolio website to a smartphone's Home Screen for convenient access.

PetFamFolio is a mobile-friendly website, and adding it to a Home Screen does not require downloading a separate mobile application.

Family members and friends are encouraged to watch these training videos when helping a pet parent become familiar with PetFamFolio.

Continuing to Improve Accessibility

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort. We welcome feedback about difficulties customers may experience when accessing our website, completing forms, or managing pet information.

While we cannot guarantee compatibility with every assistive technology or device, we value opportunities to identify barriers and improve the customer experience.

Regarding Alexa: Alexa can assist with voice commands and certain information-reading tasks, but it is not a full replacement for a screen reader that navigates website forms. For PetFamFolio, I would recommend VoiceOver, TalkBack, Narrator, or NVDA first.
